3 guys with vacuum equipment arrived, very polite and hard working, finished in about 45 minutes and did a great job. Also organised repeat business for next year, specified date and approx. time 12 months ahead ! Which pleased me. I also use Phoenix to clean my patio etc and they are excellent at that too.
